Help me set up a rotation

Hi Everyone.

I am fairly new to your workouts. I am a beg/intermediate with the step and an intermediate with the weights.
I would like to use the following tapes:

New Basic Step DVD
Power Hour
MIS
Supersets
Legs and Glutes
Push and Pull
Pyramid Lower Body
Muscle Endurance
Pilates

I want to do the step from the basic DVD and I like to run/walk for my cardio.

Could you help me set up a plan?
I have around 12-14 pounds to lose. My areas of concern are my stomach and I am apple shaped.

I am willing to work out 5-6 times per week.

Hi Ann! Here is a rotation to try. Also remember that our problem areas are the last to want to shed the weight so you need to be more patient for them to come around. They are notorious for coming in last place in the race but if you are faithful and don't give up on them they do eventually finish the race.

Week 1 and 2:

Day 1: Basic Step followed by pilates
Day 2: 45 minute walk/run plus Ab Add only from basic DVD
Day 3: Muscle Endurance
Day 4: Basic Step followed by pilates
Day 5: MIS
Day 6: 45 minute walk/run plus Ab Add only from basic DVD
Day 7: OFF

Week 3 and 4

Day 1: Body Fusion plus Legs and Glutes
Day 2: Basic Step plus pilates
Day 3: 45 minute walk/run plus abs only from Muscle Endurance
Day 4: Supersets
Day 5: OFF
Day 6: Body Fusion
Day 7: Push Pull

Week 5 and 6:

Day 1: Basic Step plus pilates
Day 2: Power Hour
Day 3: Pyramid Lower Body plus 20 minute run
Day 4: Power Hour
Day 5: OFF
Day 6: Body Fusion
Day 7: Off (optional 30 minute brisk walk)

Repeat entire 6 week cycle again!
