Healthy Eating/BFL Check-in, Tuesday, March 8

Good morning,

5:30 am KPC

B - milk, waffle
S - apple
L - salad
S - yogurt
D - chicken, pasta, veggies

Upper body has leaned out quite a bit, but lower still has a layer of fat. (ugh) I'm trying to have a bit of cardio and legs everyday with intense cardio 3 days a week. Hopefully that will help.

Today is Bootcamp.

1 - granola, skim milk, coffee, low carb coffee creamer
2 - 2 hardboiled eggs, pear
3 - leftover roast chicken, brown rice
4 - protein shake with frozen strawberries
5 - salmon, brussel sprouts
6 - maybe a little peanut butter

Good morning folks! This morning I did Gym Style legs! Felt fab!

Here's my wacky menu of the day (weird I know...I am working from home w/a sick baby :( so I am lucky to eat ANYTHING!

1- oatmeal w/a few drops of sugar free syrup, 2 eggs
2- whole wheat english muffin, swiss cheese
3- deli turkey, orange
4- promax cookies and cream bar
5- tbd - probably chicken breast, potato, and green beans
6 - Myoplex lite shake
