B - 16 oz 1% milk with Carnation Instant Breakfast, 1 Eggo waffle
S - yogurt
L - soup, sandwich
S - fruit, cheese
D - spaghetti, meatballs
S - protein shake, popcorn (CSI is on tonight - ;-))

Hapy thursday!

Workout tonight will be Gym Style Legs. Probobly will do a timesaver version, not sure i want to jump all in to this one the first go around. it looks KILLER and i'd like to be able to walk tomorrow :):p

l - spinach, kidney beans, rice
s - apple
d - by DB is surprising me... so who know! :+
