Hi everyone,
It was quite difficult getting up this morning. Rhonda, I do that sometimes too, getting dressed and going back to sleep!
Today will be an HIIT run and S&H Biceps.
1 - oatmeal, lowfat milk, coffee, fat free half & half
2 - leftover meatball, salad
3 - protein shake with frozen strawberries
4 - chicken breast, spinach salad
5 - salmon, veggies
