It's really starting to snow here. I'm hoping they'll let us go from work soon.

6 am Legs & Glutes

B - protein shake
S - coffee, animal crackers :)
L - tuna sandwich
S - yogurt, fruit
D - pork chops, veggies

Morning,

Gee it would be nice if they let us go but they never do. Heck we never close for inclement weather either so we either travel in or have to use a vacation day.

This morning did nothing, was so tired I got up changed clothes got to the couch and fell back to sleep. Plan on doing something tonight. Trying to decide what rotation to do. I have gone to Fitness Video Fanatics and printed off some rotations and also seen the rotation by LunaCat listed in working!!! Such decisions...

Eating so far

B - two nutrigrain ww waffles
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - tuna casserole
S - BFL bar
D - steak, veggies

Hi everyone,

It was quite difficult getting up this morning. Rhonda, I do that sometimes too, getting dressed and going back to sleep!

Today will be an HIIT run and S&H Biceps.

1 - oatmeal, lowfat milk, coffee, fat free half & half
2 - leftover meatball, salad
3 - protein shake with frozen strawberries
4 - chicken breast, spinach salad
5 - salmon, veggies

I didn't get up and workout as planned. One of my female dogs is in heat and I have an intact male so my workout at lunch is out for the next 3 weeks...guess I better get it done tonight.

Hi Everyone!

I am going to attempt IMAX3 tonight. LOL! I should put on quite a show!

B-blueberry morning cereal (working on figuring out breakfast since I can't stand outmeal and can only tolerate eggs once in a while. Suggestions?)
