Hi Everyone,

4:20am 30 minutes HIIT on the bike, KS abs from LWTLW2

B - english muffin w/lf cream cheese, cottage cheese mixed with yogurt
S - Either cheese w/lf triscuits or Balance Go Mix
L - salad w/grilled chicken
S - BFL bar
D - venison, veggie, carb which neither has been decided

For some reason I am not as eager to get the Hardcore series as I was a couple weeks ago. Maybe it is because we have been hearing about them for so long that the anticipation is wearing off. Hopefully once they start sending them I will get the motivation back to do them.

Hi everyone!

Had my 'day off' today so an extra hour in bed (luxury). Got a treadmill arriving tomorrow so really excited about that :)

Porridge w/ nuts, raisins & seeds
Oatcakes w/ tahini
Prawn salad
Nuts
Stir fry

Rhonda...I know what you mean about Hardcore. Now I'm doing SS, I want to get this rotation done and then I can get excited about the new Cathe dvds (which should hopefully arrive at the end of my SS rotation).

Have a great day everyone,
Andrea

Here is the Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe from Cooking Light

1 T margarine
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1 T all-purpose flour
1-1/3 C skim milk (I use 2%)
2 T light process cream cheese (I use the Neufatchel-not sure how to spell it)
1-1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
4 C cooked fettuccine (I use different types of noodles)
2 t fresh parsley (I don't use)

Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until mixture is blended. Cook, stirring constantly, 8 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly.

Stir in cream cheese, cook 2 minutes. Add 1 C Parmesan Cheese stirring constantly until parmesan cheese melts.

Pour sauce over noodles and toss well to coat. Top with 1/4 C parmesan cheese and parsley.
