I have costochronditis and need some suggestions for the chest area for lifting low pound weights. My therapist wants me to start with a really low weight and do 10, rest, repeat 5 times for a total of 50 each exercise. And then I can increase my weight.
I have been lifting heavier weights for a long time and finally realized they are aggravating my Costochronditis, so I am willing to go back to the beginning and gradually work back up but I need suggestions that only work the chest and all around to my back area.
