Yay and very big hugs to you on your birthday!
Now, Michele, first le me apologize for posting while you were taking time to start off a new thread yesterday! We know how much you hate doing that.
And what's wrong with your vision? Are you all right? How was the doctor's appointment? And were you not able to read that I'd asked about Cardioke? LOL.
>I bought a couple of cute t-shirts and 2 blouses which made me very happy
SCORE! Yay!
>But there's nothing quite like shopping for clothes to make you get religion , so I PROMISE to do my workout today...and eat salad
ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!
Well, whatever you do, you'd better have some fabulous Lava Cake for your birthday. I'm counting on you!
Thanks for the lemon tip (thanks, too, Dana!). I had bottled lemon, so I poured some on my hands. Ahhh, what a relief. I don't think I'll ever buy and cut up guts again.

>Hey to all of you other haters. Seems like the haters are dropping like flies - nobody's around. LOL
This is preposterous! We are a band of HATE and we must stick together!!

Good for you for doing your workouts. It sounds like things are going really well with that!
>with our income tax refund we're going to enclose our deck to make it screened in and put on a roof
Ooooh, now that sounds sooooo lovely. How cool! I'm sure it will be so great to have that spot. When will it be done?......er, when will it start?
>Did you have a donut?
I was feeling ill and running around trying to find a bathroom so I wouldn't barf amongst the non-barfing,......but when I was queasily facing the Dunkin' Donuts, I must admit I thought briefly about getting one LOL. (I did not, by the way, lose my lunch, and felt better in about an hour.)

>Lemme tell ya what I hate... mixing cardio with weights
Well, I am all the way with you on THAT! I totally feel like I'm doing neither proper cardio nor proper weights when I'm doing circuits. I also don't like doing...what are those called....compound moves?....the ones where you do two exercises at the same time, like overhead raises and squats. Instead of focusing on the muscle, I'm focusing on "when the he!! is this going to finish?"
There are lots of earthquakes in Japan, but last night's one was a pretty big one and scared the Bjeez out of Mooch, Cham and me. Why do those things always have to happen at odd dark hours?
JENNIFER - How cute about the mouse. All the gang are at my place and everyone's taking a good ol' nap. It's getting warmer here and I've started placing cooler things to sleep on around the apartment, and taking away some of the warmer blankets.
Thanks, yes, I'm okay from the earthquake. I don't freak out when they happen, but a part of me does sort of mentally prepare myself to grab the kitties and run.
Soooo, you gonna start something up with the guy at Seminary?
All right, I've got Miss Crock working her magic on Pumpkin & Pinto Bean Stew again. YES! http://www.mysmiley.net/imgs/smile/happy/happy0037.gif I feel much better and am going to try to do some work today at home. I think I'll be able to start working out again on Monday.
By the way, the earthquake last night (around 1:30am) was a 6.6 in a place called Ibaraki (150 miles from Tokyo). Geesh.
And by the other way, I'm starting the squirrels back on dry + wet since they just aren't eating enough. I'll go back to 50/50 and slowly wean them back to 75 wet/ 25 dry. That seemed to be a good balance to stick with for a while - it was a balance where everyone was having good BM's (not Body Max LOL) and acting frisky and happy.
So I'm not sure what to do with all the guts in my freezer.
All right, I'm off!
Have a HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MICHELE!!!! http://bestsmileys.com/birthday1/1.gif
And to the rest of your Haters, have a wonderful Thursday! http://bestsmileys.com/kissing2/10.gif
