Thought I'd just start tomorrow's check-in now & say hello to everyone since I won't be able to check in again until Thursday night.:-( I am pretty much ready to leave in the morning, need to memorize my presentation a little better but not worried about it, I usually do pretty well speaking in front of people especially if it's on a topic I know a lot about. ;-)
I did Drill Max, a 30 minute Interval cardio dvd, and a 30 minute hip, thigh, butt workout yesterday. Today was Powerstrike 1 this morning and then Firm It Up tonight & the leg/glute work from the original buns of steel with greg somebody. I had read reviews that raved about it & found it on ebay a while back for like $2 so I had to get it. Today was the first time I did it & the outer thigh work on this had me begging for mercy. I haven't felt a burn in my outer thighs like that for quit some time so I'll be using that as an add on to other workouts on a weekly basis.
I will not have time to workout at all while gone, we are pretty much busy from 7AM to around 6PM in the conference then everyone goes to dinner as a group so probably won't be back to the hotel until 9ish. I know I won't be able to get up early to workout since I am used to working out after work. I guess it will be a good rest for me & maybe shock my body in the process!
