Has anyone done a circuit rotation recently??

If you have, what were your results? I am thinking of doing a circuit workout every other day and incorporate my pilates/spinning in between along with a rest day. I am not a huge fan of circuits and don't really do them often. I am not too worried about building muscle right now. I would like to just keep what I have and burn some fat. I would love to know what kind of results(weight loss,inches lost,BF% lowered etc.) anyone had with just doing a circuit rotation.

Me, too. I would like to know if there is such kind of rotation since I have been in the weight + running rotation for a couple months now. I would like to take a couple weeks doing circuit rotation to easy down my weight intensity, but still keep my fat burning and muscle definition.

My current month rotation is very simple, I do PUB one day, PLB in another day. I insert "downtime" in between PUB and PLB. My time limited is no more than an hour and a half. After I took advice from ladies in this forum, it looks like this:

WK 1
Mon: 8 interval running in treadmill, about 23-25 min + whole PUB
Tue: Steady run 30 min, CM section 1, SM section 1
Wed: 8 interval running in treadmill, about 23-25 min + whole PLB
Thur: Steady run 30 min, CM section 2, SM section 2
Fri: 8 interval running in treadmill, about 23-25 min + whole PUB
Sat: Steady run 30 min, CM section 3, SM section 3
Sun: 8 interval running in treadmill, about 23-25 min + whole PLB

WK 2
Mon:CM - 1, SM - 1,2
Tue: 8 interval running in treadmill, about 23-25 min + whole PUB
Wed:CM - 2, SM - 2,3
Thur: 8 interval running in treadmill, about 23-25 min + whole PLB
Fri: CM - 2, SM - 1,3
Sat: 8 interval running in treadmill, about 23-25 min + whole PUB
Sun: CM - 1, SM - 1,2

WK 3:

I am in my WK 3. I have to be honest, I did not do it every day as schedule since my little one was teething, I have to get up during the nights. So I missed about 9 days. For those missing days, I would count it as "downtime", I would back right into PUB or PLB day routine. Even with so many missing days, I still saw my results. I was able to fit in size 6, even sometimes size 4. I I lost about 4 lbs after I was not able to lose anything for a month. I measured this morning, my hips from 37.4 to 36.4, my waist from 27 to 26.6, my thigh from 23 to 22.4.

You can replace "downtime" run with Cathe's aerobic w/o. I don't have dvds that only steps, good in aerobic but not hard on legs and joint. I did Imax 3 steps only. I was frustrated by the chorography, which slow my heart rate down. I really need to burn the fat (baby fat after my son was born last year). I have 10 lbs to go to get back to what I normal were.

this is a GREAT rotation. Love the way you inserted the downtime. Your results were great considering you in your 3rd week w/ 9 days missing! My gosh, can you imagine when you finish??? that's great!
