Did most of the cardio from Amy's Advanced Step Challenge 3 Challenging NRG Premix plus some ab work this morning. Had to skip about 5 minutes of it, which was the second time through all 5 combos. Workout was 1:32 and burned 702 calories.
 
Linda-nice calorie burn. I have trouble with ASC3. I am just not getting the choreography....but I will try again b/c it seems like a great workout. I am not doing anything today. I have had a headache since 6 am...sinus, yuck.

Today the workout I chose for cardio was Strike Zone burning 486 calories in 1 hr. Then I did AOS Newport first 5 rounds 30 minutes using 15 and 20# kettlebells 30 minutes 275 calories. I didn't want to go to heavy since I am doing STS as well. I like that one because it gets a lot of ab and core work in. I then did STS abs circuits no partner med ball abs 62 calories, and Flexible Warrior Yoga Energy segment 12 minutes 37 calories. Total calories burned was 875 35% fat 1hr 54 minutes
