Hey Peeps! Just got back from seeing the Departed. My sister bailed after the first F word. LOL! and went to see Marie Antwanett or however you spell it. I quite enjoyed The Departed.

I did do my KenpoX with weighted gloves this morning. Can't imagine #4lbers,Char. Mine are 1lbers. I could maybe like 2lbers.

Lora, So sorry to hear about your Uncle. Keep us posted.

Don't have time for much more. DH has my dinner waiting. Then we are hittin' the hot tub!:)

Tonight I did MIC hi/lo and All Step not the ab part because i had to quit I had a stomach ache:(
