I am back from dropping my grandaughter off at school. I got the ab workout in as well before I left. Had a protein smoothie and am going to go do Tracey's Sweatfest Kickbox. Then off to the store and post office. I did the M&F abs and then Butts and Guts stability ball abs adding resistance(rollouts with 75# barbell, crunches with 10#, and used a 15# med ball in some areas, wore 1# shoe weights)
M&F hanging leg raise 2# ankle weights 15 reps 2 sets
decline crunch 15# 20 reps 2 sets
incline reverse crunch 15# med ball 20 reps 2 sets
The funny thing is my grandaughter 7 was in the workout room working too. When I was doing B&G abs she was hanging on the vkr tower with the 2 # ankle weights and holding a 5# squishy ball in her feet doing leg raises. She had a little bit of a hard time holding on to the ball. I was like "look at you"!!
Lora, I have gotten so many ideas on the aromaleigh site from the pics. I have fun playing with all of the colors. I need to place another order because I need some more of the porcelaine. I want to get the rest of the colors that I have not purchased from the your a doll collection. I have just been experimenting with other greens that I have already.
Debbie, I have discovered that with this rotation I need to double check what I am doing. I sometimes do more sets or reps than I am supposed to and discover it after I have already done it. I think if they would have put all 3 different changes in one column at the bottom of the page I would not have missed it. I just figured the #3 one was for next week. The numbers are so small the 2&3 barely looked different. I just glanced and thought the 3 was a 2. If I am making sense
