A few days ago I posted about gaining weight. I realized this morning that I haven't increased body fat according to my scale.
Is my understanding of this that I haven't gained fat a correct one?
Unfortunately, I'm not losing inches which is frustrating (but may also be due, for some reason, to not using my progesterone cream this month).
Any correction to my thought process would be appreciated...just trying to see some rainbow to the working out that I've been doing.
