I looked at your link and if they work on your type floor, then yep, I think they would work for you!

Hi Elsie,
I have been using those for STS and I love them! Much better than paper plates (IMO). I workout on carpet.

Thanks for your replies. I haven't started STS yet, but when I saw these on clearance I thought they might work. I'll hang on to them for sure now.
