I am looking for the workouts that have a lot of exercises where Cathe uses the flat green band. I know I've seen them in some of my DVDs but I have so many that I don't know which ones they were! So far I've found barbell curls with the band (Low Impact Circuit) and Firewalkers. Any other suggestions for DVDs/videos???
