I'm a personal trainer and have browsed Cathe's site for a few years for personal and professional use.
As a trainer, I know the basics work. But, there's always so much to learn, so I crave more reputable fitness/training resources.
What are your favorite training resoures (besides Cathe's website and dvds, of course!)??
Do you have any favorite books or magazines?
I'm verrrry reluctant to buy some of the fitness magazines like Oxygen because of the ridiculous Hydroxycut ads - I'm so over seeing that. But, I'm open to hear any other suggestions.
