Feedback on my 4DS rotation + more cardio

Hi Everyone!

I finally decided to order 4DS and am eagerly awaiting its arrival. I tried to create my own rotation incorporating some of my favourite Cathe DVDs and adding a little more cardio. Your comments and suggestions are welcome. Also, is adding Muscle Max in this rotation too much? I was thinking about replacing it with cardio or circuit workout. Thanks!!

WEEK ONE:

Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Tue: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Wed: Imax 2
Thurs: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders Calves & Core
Fri: OFF
Sat: Boot Camp/Bi & Tri
Sun: Body Max 2

WEEK TWO:

Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Tue: Imax 3
Wed: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Thurs: Muscle Max
Fri: OFF
Sat: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders & Calves Core + portion of Low Max
Sun: Boot Camp Bi & Tri


WEEK THREE:

Mon: Imax 2
Tues: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Wed: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Thurs: Low Impact Circuit
Fri: OFF
Sat: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders & Calves Core
Sun: Boot Camp Bi & Tri + Body Max 2 step only

WEEK FOUR:

Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Tues: Kick Punch and Crunch
Wed: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders & Calves Core
Thurs: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Fri: OFF
Sat: Imax 3
Sun: Muscle Max + Butts and Guts abs only

Here are my suggestions:

In week 1, I would leave out the Upper Body portion of Body Max 2 since you have Bis and Tris on Sat and Chest & Back on Monday.

In week 4, I would switch Monday and Tuesday. I usually try and leave a day in between upper body workouts.

I think where you have Muscle Max is okay since you have a rest day the day after.

Otherwise, it looks like a great rotation. Good luck with it!
