Endurance for defined muscles

Hi Cathe,

Thanks for asking for our suggestions. I would like endurance weight tape to be considered rather than slow and heavy, I personally would not like to build muscle but would rather sculpt and define.

A 30 minute tape for selected body parts so one can tack on an aerobic tape for a complete workout in an hour. :)
 
Hello , please look at my thread "more endurance workout less lunges and squats" I have a total program there that supposed to lean and sculpt I also have some suggestion that I think you will like . if you think my suggestion are good , please add a support post .
 
these suggsetions sound good to me too! Although, I wouldn't eliminat a strength building video series either! Both would be great!
