I have not participated in a presale before. I ordered one DVD with the presale set on 6/25. I thought the other DVD was supposed to ship right away. I have not received a shipment notice yet. Is it different with a presale than regular orders from Cathe's site? Thanks for any info.

The way it's always worked is that any other dvds you along with the pre-sale dvds are supposed to ship right away and you will not have to pay shipping on them. Is it possible that the dvd you ordered was on back-order? If not, I would email or call customer service about this. I've never had reason to but I hear they are very good about taking care of customer issues.
