I have Core Secrets, I love the ball, hate the videos......I recently saw you on FitV and Love your ball workouts.......I am hoping that you have a stability ball video out........If not have you ever considered doing one??
I just finished the stability ball portion of Core Max today. It was such an effective workout, and I really enjoy the strucure of Core Max in general. Cathe has broken it down into three 20-minute workouts, as well as some established premixes. The first 20-minute segment uses only your body weight; the second uses the stability ball only; and the third uses a medicine ball and stability ball. It's a very effectively designed core training program, which incorporates alot of the stability ball training that you seem to enjoy. I highly recommend this DVD, as it challenges your abdominal region in so many different ways.
I know that Cathe also has an Ab Hits video, but I'm not sure if it incorporates any stability ball training.

Supersets is a strength training workout which uses the stabiliy ball in about half its exercises Push/Pull is on the same DVD and also uses the stability ball for quite a few exercises.

You guys are so encouraging! Thanks for the kind words. I wish I could look that way year-round, but I definitely DO NOT I do enjoy the challenge and hard work required to get there, though.
