Well - this week is supposed to be recovery week. I normally would be doing some cardio - but after our hard work in the yard yesterday - I slept in this morning and it felt soooo good. Granted - I hardly got any sleep last night so it was hardly "sleeping in" - but it was nice just the same. I'll probably take our dog out for a walk later today and maybe do some yoga. Who knows - maybe I'll do absolutely nothing!
