I have one of those TTOTM headache/neckaches going on. It started yesterday and it is SOO annoying. Time to hit up the meds.
I soooo did not want to get out of bed this morning. Even more so, I did not want to get up and do a HiiT workout! I finally did get up though and did HiiT 30/30. I was supposed to do abs but I skipped them this morning. I had some stuff to get ready before I left for work (like my Manhattan Clam Chowder in the crock pot for tonight!) so hopefully I will get the abs in tonight...
Amelia - Do you have internet access at your new place yet? I hope you are settling in and enjoying your new place!
