I didn't get CCC in yesterday:( So today, I will do CCC (cardio only) and M2 D14 Legs:D

I will be back to catch up with personals and report my workout.

Well, I don't have DOMS as bad as I thought I would. That doesn't mean I don't feel it, but I am stiffly functional, not painfully.

Today's a rest day for me, so I'll walk the dog and stretch.

This morning I did PUB Abs + Baron Baptiste "unlocking athletic power" yoga.

Sherry - I think the difference between TF and Insanity is that TF is just super fun - even though it is very intense. Insanity is almost like your in the army doing drills - the music isn't all that fun at all. Chalene is just addicting. I love it.

Today's plan:
LOW MAX...as much as I can do. ;) Not sure how much arm swinging I am going to be doing...MY ARMS & CHEST ARE SORE!

Today is a rest day, think i will do Jillian's Yoga Meltdown. I really like that one.

Amelia: Enjoy your rest day! :) I had a lot of fun with LM. Only did 1-4 intervals but still burned 680cals. :)
Have fun with your yoga workout! Haven't seen that one yet. ;)

Off to shower, work and mow the lawn before the 90 degree temps return.
