ANYWAY...ON TO MY WORKOUT! MY PLAN FROM YESTERDAY IS FOR TODAY:
CLX BURN INTERVALS! AMELIA...I AM FINALLY GOING TO GET IT DONE!

Hey girls...Im so sorry i keep forgetting to post in here:( I think i have bit off more than i can chew with my checkins. I also check into a Beachbody thread. I will try and come on here when I can...

Work went well yesterday, i was on my feet for the most part. I have a lot of learning to do before monday...i will be closing by myself on monday.:confused:

Today will be Burn it off then recharge. Im feeling Chalean so far..definitely a nice challenge for me

Looks like we're up and moving already today. I'm at a GS cookie booth 'til 1:00, then hope to get the leg wo in before the evening activities start. Back and biceps don't have any DOMS from last night's wo even though they were pushed hard. Chest and triceps finally feeling good, just in time for tomorrow's wo, as planned right now.

Belinda- what cardio did you do?

Heidi - so glad you got your car back!

Amelia - I'm sure you'll do just fine at work when you are on your own.

Allee - what are your plans today?

Kristina - more squats today?

Off to man the cookie booth - want them out of my house!

Hi Ladies, I hope that it is ok if I join this tread. I have started working out for the umpteenth time. My goals are small.... work out everyday this week. Stick to under 2000 calories per day.
Sun - 10-10-10
Mon - firm - ultimate calorie blaster
tues - basic step + uB
Wed- Billy bootcamp basic training
thurs- Gym stoly legs premix 2
fri - kettle works 10 mins and stretch - pilates
 
Finally got D17 Legs in tonight. It was a killer! Can't believe how much my legs were shaking in the last set!

Samonia - Welcome! Your goals are exactly the place to start.

No workout for me today, needed a rest day. Had no energy today..:confused:

Heidi - fantastic job, on CLX burn intervals with 5 lb! WOW, on that cal burn too! Glad you have your car back again.

Sherry - Awesome job, with your leg workout tonight. I still feel my legs from Wednesday, lol.

Yesterday I did Cathe 10-10-10 my tris were shaking....
I ate ok but I did have a piece if fried drunstick .... ooopps
