I love the idea of the longer rotations but for variety I was wondering if it is 60/90 days of strictly 2.0 or if other workouts were woven in for variety and to give (at least my brain) a rest. Thanks!
Great question! I'm hoping the STS 2.0 User Guide is posted before we get the workouts, so I can plan. Phase 1 appears to be 3 Total Body workouts ... I'm thinking I'll may substitute some older TB workouts near the end of the month for variety.
