Well I have to say I was totally motivated to wrokout this AM and finished Low Max happy as a clam, tired and totally drenched. What I am not motivated to do is go to work !
I wish I could fast forward a few months and hope that things were better.
Wendy - good job pushing yourself to get your workout done and on the eats. Good to hear you are feeling better. Nice idea to add the KB swings in between.
Laura - So sorry about the issues but good to hear you are on the mend and, that you got a kick a$$ workout in before it hit.

Diana - Sounds like even if you aren't highly motivated to workout now, you have been doing very well ! I'm with you on the working, though you totally 'out worked' me yesterday ! UGH, 12 hours on the computer !
Good to hear the pipes turned out minor. I would be behind on the rotation but I decided not to do the couple that I missed last week. The only thing I missed was bi's and tri's and y'day was tri's so figured, oh well !
Though I don't like the high step on Low Max 'cuz sometimes my knees hurt a bit right afterward, it doesn't do enough with a lower step. It is a definite butt kicker even though it is low impact and pretty slow paced.
Well, time to get motivated for work, or shall I say I better go so I can make my deadlines?
Don't want to, wish I could crawl back into bed and stay there !
