Popping in here because I think I'll be doing my workout in the AM and won't have time tomorrow.
Tonight I rec'd my new BL vids, started doing Bootcamp (instead of CC) and it was too weight oriented since tomorrow is Power Hour. So........ I pulled out BL Cardio Max and did that. Yeppers - worked up one heck of a drippy mess and *drum roll please* . . . am now at 10,087 steps ! Yee Haww I did it again.
LOL - only posting my step # to make me move myself, no ped war on this front, Ha !
Laura - good to hear Mom is doing better - now for her to be 100% !
Sounds like you took your frustration out on your workouts for y'day and today! Best way to release them in my opinion !

If you made it through both of those you must be feeling back to normal. Don't you love that the kids are now telling you all their most precious moments? I enjoy that sooo much knowing that it was the most simple things that they enjoyed and remember. My kids had such a blast just visiting with their cousins from Idaho last summer. We had gone up there a handful of times (without their dad) and had the best times. Kids these days don't really see as much of the simple yet enjoyable times that we did since technology has taken over so many areas. Mine loved a couple of camping trips we took - thought it was the coolest and they were teenagers at the time !
