Good Morning Girls.
I stayed in bed til 7:30 this morning so I slept in! LOL
Today's work out plan so far is this...2nd combo of Step Moves (I was supposed to do this y'day and forgot!), Spreen's Kickbox Bootcamp and then, if I feel I need the extra weight lifting to finish off my muscles, a short f/b work out to finish fryin' them up-probably ala' Cathe.
Somehow when I previewed the Bootcamp vid here on my laptop the other night I must've inadvertently skipped over the weight sections so I have no idea what they are like. Based on what Diana said about this vid being short and on the easier side I am thinking I may need the extra short weight work out. We shall see! I SHOULD be doing a full body weight work out only today but I wanna finish trying my new vids so I'm cheating.
So today I have a lot to do....new comforter shopping for the new bed (actually DH's idea but you know I love it! lol), halloween costume shopping, to MIL's for visit and dinner and DH has to help his dad do something around the house while we are there. Gonna have to get my work out done early today!
So we slept on our new 400 thread count sheets last night! OMG I am in heaven! I've always bought pretty cheap sheets coz I couldn't see spending the $ but WOW! I think I may have to invest in a couple sets when they are on sale!
Lori:: "Another one bites the dust" comes to mind when I read your paragraph about your coming around here less right now. Pretty soon there's gonna be no one left but lonely ol' me.

Diana:: Enjoy your new Kirby! I was sooooo excited when DH actually finally agreed to buy a Dyson! We'd been thru too many cheap crappy vacuums so I think he finally realized it might be worth the $ and so far it is! Think of it as an investment! It'll pay you back over time! Good luck to DS on his new job! Is putting them together going to be a part of his job? If so I guess he needs the practice! LOL The Absolute kickbox interval work out is 90 minutes. That's long! I will have to try it next weekend maybe. I am excited to do Cardio Combat Surge in full now that I've tried both a combat and med ball combo! I will get that done this week some time for sure!
Be careful with that knee if you try Tonique today!!!!
Okay, I'm finally done with my book here! Need a foffe refill anyhow!

ETA:: Just did a little previewing...I'll either be doing the original Bootcamp upper/lower premix or HSC 30 min TS omitting the cardio segments if I need to add on an extra f/b weight work out today. Should be fun!
