Daily Check-in Wednesday, November 29th, 2023

Very Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I am short on time (how can this be? I work for myself). I managed 35 minutes of an STS Meso 1 for legs. I will stretch now for about 10 minutes.

Nice workouts from everyone yesterday. Annette - OMGosh. I mean, the Dana Piper workout is challenging enough. How was that an add on? A finisher? Your day off gave your powerful fitness energy.

Still feeling blah but I’m going to give Xtrain Bis and Tris + Core #2 a shot down in the dungeon — er, basement gym.

Good job on STS Meso 1 Legs, Siobhan!

And I think we can all agree that Annette is out of her mind (in the best, most admirable way :D)!

YT- Daily workout apps- 6 min. Kettlebell Lower Body
YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Legs Weight Plate workout

Blew through Xtrain Bis and Tris with either at or over Cathe’s weight. The only challenges remain tripod kickbacks and crazy dips.

Core #2 is definitely harder than Core #1, but I did a respectable job.
62 minutes, in the books.

Abs and lower back are stronger, aches and pains and tightness are far fewer. Cardio is improving, arm strength is back, getting better at pushups, legs are slowly getting more stable and developing more endurance. PROGRESS! I’ll take it.

What the heck is an “anabolic alien”?
LOL! Heck if I know:). It’s a channel on YT that has great weight, weight plates, etc
workouts…short ones, longer ones….the guy is pretty good and I really like his
shorter weight plate workouts….Siobhan has tried some of his once in awhile too.

I know what an alien is…but not sure what anabolic means…

good job on knocking out your workout bright & early!

well, I looked it up….”anabolic means "building up” :)

Hi ladies,

Hey it all paid off the scale was back down 2 pounds after a sugar binge gain.

Today I did 62 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch.

Hubby finally went to the doctor so I have to go to the drug store and get his prescription for a muscle relaxant.


Great workouts for those who got one in , nice rest for Nora.

Oh and the gym just got some new beefy dumbbells and a new bench!!

See ya tomorrow for weights and the sled!
