Hi gals,

Today I practiced my tweaked kickboxing workout that I am doing tomorrow with my class. It is 50 minutes long.

Then I did Cathe's CTX Kickbox the cardio only for 32 minutes. Now I am a sweaty mess.

I have PT this afternoon at 3:15.

Oh, you reminded me Annette, that I am five weeks overdue on my breast ultrasound. Thank you! I've been so distracted.
Today I did WH (workout hotel's) quick stability ball total body routine & DIY glider grasshoppers for a bit extra rotational work. Still don't have all of my working out stuff here.
