Daily Check In Tuesday 8/22

I needed a circuit, so I did BC. It was a good one.
I finished my lean rotation today! YAY! I have had excellent results. I even lost 2 inches in my waist. I can finally see some real definition everywhere. My legs look really good, and my shoulders! IMO anyway! Trust me, it has been a long time since I have been able to say that about any body part! I hope to get my DH to take a few pics, since the ones on my pictrail are from when I started the rotation.

I can't believe then when I roll out of bed in the AM, there are already almost 15 posts here! I am always playing catch up LOL!!!

Seems to me that everyone is doing so good!! Keep it up!

Great job everyone!

I was off today for my comp day for working the weekend. I did a bit of housecleaning.

I just finished LowMax and that thing gets me everytime. I swear it is more challenging than the IMAX's!
 
Hey ladies,

Just finished lowmax premix w/u and intervals 1-4. I was so tired from shopping with dd today that I was exhausted! But I was determined to work out! The workout was about 45mins.,but it sort of flew by to me. My legs are wobbly now though.

I swore I was not going to run today, but I had to. I am totally OBSESSED with it. I just ran 4 miles. I am trying to get in 25-30 miles in a week. I am going to do my first 10k on September 6th.

I am sure when the new videos come out, I will have a new obsession.

I am just so suprised that I can run. I have never been a runner until the last 3 months. I am so motivated by it.

Anyway, just had to share.
