Hi Tammy,

Good morning my friends in fitness.

This morning I had a lot of energy so took on Michael Olajide's (sp?) Aerojump DVD. I only survived 6 out of 8 rounds. And, I had to drop the jump rope eventually and just do pretend jump rope - it was that tough. Wow. I want to be able to finish this workout one day. I then moved onto a Cathe CTX round of abs. All in all a good workout.

and yes, tammy, it's friday. thank goodness. i love the weekends.

Hi ladies,

TGIF!

I have decided to hold off on the car purchase for now, it is just not feasible for me to do this when DH doesn't need to( and really shouldn't be) driving by himself. I know this will go over soooo well, but life goes one.

Today was CLX Burn Intervals, and AB Burner.

I am really ready for a nice glass of wine and "Say Yes to The Dress"!
 
Hi everyone! Soooo glad its Friday, but I thought this week flew by :)

Today its cardio for me. I will attempt to do Cathe's intensity. I've not been able to finish that one.

Siobhan - I'll have to look up Aerojump. I love to jump rope. Right know I can only do high knees, when I try anything else, I get all tangled up.

Connie, I'd love a glass of Pino Grigio tonight...
