Good Monday Morning Friends in Fitness!

Today I did a mix of Cathe Live Lift it Split it back and biceps (I didn't do deadlifts so shaved off some time). I added on a tough Boho Beautiful pilates workout for 10 minutes.

Hydrow Circuit Training #69- 30 min. Competitive Journey Rowing & Weights Hiit

Hey ladies,

Today I spent about 30 minutes scrubbing the walls in my upstairs bathroom (and ceiling ) then continued doing the walls in the upstairs hallways. My arms are toast.

Then I did a 44 minute Taebo off YouTube with my boxing gloves on for part of it.

Thankfully, that is all because I really need to clean some more. Plus the spandex pants I have on don't stay up so it is a nuisance to keep pulling them up.
