No sleeping in and back to work for me today 40/20 is on the rotation for today. I'm also going to do the chest work from disc 19 as tomorrow's workout looks like a long one.

Well, I did it although I skipped the second set of mountain climbers. I don't like them. The shortness of the workout was a good thing. I added on abs from PUB.
I've Chalene's BC 1 on tap for after work. I promised a friend I would review a Denise Austen workout so I will add a few minutes of that on afterward.
