Cycling please - DVD or IPOD

Hi Cathe,

How about something totally new like a cycling workout? It wouldn't require all that time with choreography and it would be low impact ! I am really enjoying the icycle workouts from itrain and would love it if you did an audio workout (you wouldn't even have to deal with the camera).

I have to agree. I would love to see Cathe do a cycling workout. I have a spinerval DVD but it's just not Cathe!!! This would be awesome. I know I would use my bike more if she did this.

I'D LOVE TO SEE CATHE PRODUCE A CYCLING VIDEO! I HAVE 'OTHER' CYCLING VIDEOS, AND HONESTLY, I GET A BETTER WORKOUT JUST BY DOING THINGS ON MY OWN RATHER THAN FOLLOWING THE VIDEOS! IT'S A TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT!
