I was hoping that you would put in floor leg work in the Crosstraining volume 6. I just love both the standing leg work and the floor work in Pure Strength Legs & Abs tape. The inner and outer thigh work with the 15lb bodybar is the best and toughest on video that I know of. I also love using the PS floorwork after the MIS standing leg work. It just feels more rounded to get both standing and floor work. Thanks for listening!
