Cross Trainer Express

Hello Everyone,
I know that Cathe answered this question before, but I could not find it when I did a search. My question is how long can you do the upper body work in the Cross-Trainer series before you start to lose strength gained from PS Series.

I plan to do all of the upper body work two times a week.

I think about 2-3 weeks, if you are thinking about the same post I have printed. I think the post you mentioned was titled "Cathe Video Help" in the "Ask Cathe" Forum. Do a search on it for to cover till about Aug 2001 (the thread was started in June actually).
