Today I really did not want to run, I didn't have it in me. However, I decided to do
Press Play of all the workouts. I should have stuck with an easier, shorter one because I quit after Challenge 3. I just wasn't into it today. Not feeling very energetic, I'm exhausted for some reason. Anyways, did ok with the challenges I did do but not as good as I usually do.
Workout was 47 minutes, FB said I went 2.88 miles but the treadmill said 3.03, I burned 314 calories (TM said 450) and went 6248 steps. My goal was 3 miles. Avg. HR was 114 and Max was 174.
Roxie - Moving sucks. Hope all went well and I"m sorry to hear you might not like your new job. Give them a chance, people are funny when someone new shows up, Maybe they were having an off day. Is this at a pharmacy?
