CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

Today I did Shoulders from Ramped Up Upper Body. Really like this workout and I especially like how you can break it up so easily.

Shoulders
From Ramped Up:
Overhead Press:
15's - 12 reps
Front Raise: 15# - 12 reps
Lateral Raise: 5's - 8 singles/4 partials/8 singles
Overhead Press: 15's - 12 reps
Front Raise: 15# - 12 reps
Lateral Raise: 5's - 8 singles/3 partials/4 singles
Lateral Band Circles: 32 reps each front and back
Rear Band Delt Kickbacks: 32 reps

I also did the Bonus Abs from S&S and I walked on my treadmill for almost 2.25 miles.

I have to apologize for not doing personals more often, I'm usually running around like a chicken with the head cut off in the morning. I read all your posts, though, and you all always have great workouts!!!

That's it for me today.

Today was a repeat of last Sunday...the Scrambled Push/Pull premix for RUUB and Concentrated Abs from Jessica Smith. Went up in weight for a few of the exercises and used a heavier band. I am feeling it!

Belinda-choose some nice relaxing workouts to keep your stress level down. You'll make it through the test just fine. :)
 
This morning I did a mix of Pyramids and S&S Giant Sets. Worked Chest and Back today and had a great workout!! Pyramid workout felt really easy, probably should have gone up in weights. This is what I used last time, though, and remember it being tough.

This is what I did:

CHEST
From Pyramids:
Chest Flyes:

Chest Press: 12's/15's/20's/15's/12's - 12/10/8/10/12 reps
From Giant Sets:
Chest Flyes on the Ball:
25's - 16 reps
Chest Press on the Ball: 25's - 12 reps
PushUps: 2/2 ct. 2 singles 4x's then 8 singles

BACK
From Pyramids:
Pullovers:
12's/15's/20's/15's/12's - 12/10/8/10/12 reps
Double Arm Row: 12's/15's/20's/15's/12's - 12/10/8/10/12 reps
From Giant Sets:
One Arm Row:
25# - 16 reps
Pullovers: 30# - 16 reps

The walked on my treadmill for 2 miles. Worked out a little longer because we are having major snow right now and I'm going in late. So was happy to have some extra time with my workout.

Hi girls,

I got a quick question and would like your input. Have any of your tried Jessica Smith's new 10 Minute walk? If so was it worth getting? I have her other walk on and walk strong dvds. I did buy her new Walk on 5 Mile Mix and Match walks, Walk on- Walk Off Belly Fat, and Metabolism Booster dvds. I'm just wondering if I should get her new 10 Minute walk workout as well. SO, if you have this workout what are your thoughts, is it worth getting or is it a must have, just pass? I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.

Today I did Cardio Slam Timesaver #7 and Cardio Abs from Jessica Smith. I did this combo last week and loved it so much I had to repeat it.

Debbie-that is a great combo! And it is always so nice to have a little extra time to workout. Nice work!

Belinda-I definitely want to do some kind of rotation with those single muscle premixes from RUUB. I bet that triceps one was hard!

Nora-awesome calorie burn! I don't have that one from Jessica but I have thought about buying it as a download so I could use it during lunch at work. I think Belinda might have it?

Roxie-good job with your walk. Something is always better than nothing!

Jodi - I thought about getting Jessica downloads, but you really can't download them :( You need internet to play the workouts. Wished she had MP4. I like the one part in Ramped Up UB.

Nora - I have the 10 Min walk. Not my favorite. If you have her other ones I would skip this one. Most of her workouts are very similar, nothing new.

Today I did Cardio Coach 3. I have to say, my running is getting really good lately. I know I've been running for a very long time, but I finally feel like I'm getting good at it. Today my breathing was perfect and even though my FB said my HR got up into the 160's for most of the workout (I know, right?) - I felt awesome. Never ever thought I'd feel like this about cardio let alone about running.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.81 miles, burned 299 calories (TM said 375) and went 5660 steps.

Roxie - Nice workout! How is the vertigo? Mine comes and goes, lately it's been ok.

Nora - Nice job on your workout as well!! Your calorie burns are amazing!! Just like you! :)

Jodi - Nice job with Cardio Slam. Is that on S&S?? As you can see, I haven't done any of the cardio workouts.

Belinda - You did all those workouts and it only took 20 minutes? Or am I reading that wrong? Nice job either way!!!

Chris - Did we lose you girl? Come back, we miss you.
