Shirl, good job last night. Its so hard for me with portion control as well, the problem with avoidance is that when we do 'allow' some, we go crazy! I had read that adding a treat 4x/week is a nice way to avoid binging behaviour. And i want full reviews of P90X, i'm curious too.

Tonight i think i'm gonna do original BC cardio only, and core tonight.
Today is the day i add more fat/protein, i'm nervous. My weight is sitting at 129 this morning, and before Christmas i was 127, so here goes nothing right?
