I did the 3 segments of Total Body Stretching during my lunch hour. It felt really good. My calves are still sore, but otherwise my DOMS has gone. I was kind of sore this week, though, which tells me I worked hard. I'm very happy about that! The rotation with Angie is scaring me, but I'll do my best and see what happens.
I bought the workout wear from 4DS LIS and I must say I hate these pants (I'm wearing them now). The rise is so darn low that by the time I take about 2 steps (just walking, mind you, not stepping) they're about 6 inches below my bellybutton and my pouch is hanging out in a most unattractive way. I guess only people with completely flat abs can wear these, but I'm not one of them. I'm thinking about trying to sell them on ebay or something. Or maybe I'll just give them to Goodwill. I need to get rid of them, though, because they make me feel bad.
Okay, now that my lunch hour is over, I need to eat something! Anybody have a good meatball recipe? I'm making Near East Meatballs tonight, but I don't remember how to make the meatballs. I'm sure I could wing it, but would appreciate any advice.
