Hey all!
Since somebody mentioned starting a new thread, I thought I might as well go ahead. Lori, I'm SO glad to hear that you didn't see any "clocks" throughout the night. They do interrupt sleeping patterns
I, too, would love to lose a few pounds by Christmas. I could stand to lose about 10 at the moment, but 5 would be more than enough to make me happy for now. I have gained JUST enough weight that my good clothes don't fit. I could squeeze them on, but then it doesn't look or feel good, and what's the point? And this summer I bought SO MANY nice clothes.... gotta do it
Unfortunately, my eating has been very very poor recently. I'm sure I know that it's due to 1.) boredom and 2.) lack of sleep. I have 2 jobs right now, so I'm working 12 hour days. I am already bored to tears at my "main" job, but knowing that my last day is only 3 weeks away.... ARRGGGGHHHH! It kills me to be here! And have any of you noticed that when you are sleepy and forced to stay up that you want to eat more? And carrots and celery don't do the trick.
Less than 2 weeks and classes and my other job go away. Hurraayyy!! I want to get back to running again, too, since I'll be able to see daylight again. I haven't been able to run for a year, and I miss it so much, so I understand where you're coming from, Bobbi. I had plans of running a marathon, and instead I became an invalid I was VERY depressed for the first few months. Running is such a lifesaver in more ways than one.
I'm wondering if I shouldn't check out doing something like Weight Watchers myself for a bit. Some structure might help in this case.
Well, I hope everyone is having a great day!
