Hi girls!!
I've been a bit down in the dumps these last coupla days. My eastings been real bad and I feel fat, frumpy and pathetic!! My other ha;lf growls at me, "You do all that work(working out) then you eat lollies and ruin it" He does have a very valid point, but its really not what I want to hear! LOL
So, today, I've recharged, (eaten very poorly) but I've worked out very hard. And I'm feeling better!
We are funny creatures (women) we obsess about our weight, tight clothes, working out etc.. etc... And then we (well me ;-) ) whinge and moan when I see no results and I know why, I don't eat properly! Its the same old same old. I'm on a bloody merry go round and now I really really want to get off!!}( }(
And do you know, I'm a shorty, I only really need to lose 3/4 kilos, thats all, its not a lot (it would make a big difference to my frame), but do you think I can sacrifice FOOD FOR A COULPA WEEKS!!!!!??? No way hosay. :9
I'm sooo glad to see success stories here though, Elaine has loser jeans high 5's and Amelia's going forward in leaps and bounds. Beccas run the race on the weekend. AWESOME
