Hi Cathe! This morning I did Legs and Glutes and I had so much fun doing this workout. I was wondering what a typical leg workout is like for you? I train at home with your DVD's but I also go to the gym on a regular basis. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Also, I was reading Oxygen magazine and there was an excerpt in there about training with 6 counts up and 2 counts down. I'm sure that you already know this, but it mentioned that for muscular gains with our fast twitch muscle fibers, this is by far the best training method!! So thank you so much for the S&H series!! You so totally rock (in my best Crush voice from Finding Nemo ;-) )!!!!
