1. Sit N Stands
2. Seated Front Press
3. Functional Overhead Press
Show #2 – In show #2 Cathe reviews what you can expect for your third week in STS (discs 7,8 and 9) and answers two questions from forum members:
1. Form Pointers for using Tuning as a substitution for Pull Ups
2. Slide Back Lunge with paper plate form pointers.
