Hi Cathe!
First of all I can't wait for the new series! It sounds really tough!

I was curious. What kind of workouts do YOU do when you travel with your family and when you travel on business?

Hi Dlaudy! It always depends on how long I am away, if it is a business trip or a vacation, and what the surroundind circumstances are. I have done all or one of the following depending on the circumstances:

1) No exercise at all:eek:

2) A 30 minute run along with non-weighted squats, lunges, push ups and sit ups

3) Band/tubing exercises to hit all major muscle groups

4) Hit a local gym for an hour

5) 5 minutes of crunches/40 push ups/30 dips off coffee table/40 plyo jacks (three times a day)

6) flexibility workout
