Hi Cathe! I just wanted to let you know that when doing last nite those "V" pikes in PUB I took your suggestion & did them all on the tips of my fingers instead of mostly putting my weight on the heel of my hands. This was the problem. I was placing all of my weight on the heels of my hands causing wrist pain. Thanks to you I can now do those evil (oops!) pikes perfectly now. Just wanted to say a big THANKS.
