Cathe...ROTATION REQUEST :)

Hi Cathe, are you surviving the cold and snow?? Hopefully Spring is around the corner!

I was wondering if you would consider doing a new TIMESAVER ROTATION, something in the the 35-40 minute range. Ideally, I would love to see this be a mix of metabolic and heavier strength training and something more on the Advanced side. I'd love to get ready for summer with something short and with alot of bang for my buck. Maybe something combining LIS, XTrain and RWH, with some X10 and Flex Train thrown in??

Would LOVE this to be a TIMESAVER 5 DAY a week rotation. I never seem to find the time to fit in 6 days a week with my busy schedule so I'm always left wondering which workout to omit that week.
