Cathe on Discovery Health

I FINALLY caught a segment of Cathe on Discovery Health this morning by accident(I was channel surfing). I would really like to know more about when her show is on, but my dish guide doesnt list this channel yet. Is there a set schedule? If anyone knows anything let me know so I can set my VCR. Thank you for the info.

Kathy, if you go to http://www.discoveryhealth.com and click on "Discovery Health TV", you can view a schedule for the day (or week). The daily schedule lists which episode of Custom Fit they are showing. Sometimes they show the actual title of the video, but sometimes it only lists the episode number. I'm not sure if they list Cathe's by title or episode number, but it may be worth it to check it out. Hope this helps!

Thanks Lynn! I just needed to know where to look!
Right now I think they are showing edits from her tapes but that will give me a good way to get a workout in when I am way short on time.
