Cathe - can PH, MIS and BM be done consecutively?

They all involve weights to some degree - and I love them all. Can I do them consecutively and then do a day of cardio or perhaps an off day, or did you design them to have a cardio/break day in between each workout? Thanks!

Not Cathe, but generally she recommends one day between weight workouts for any body part to allow the muscles to rest, recover and grow. Some of Cathe's rotations will have a circuit workout the day after a weight workout day as circuit weight work is usually lighter and doesn't bring the muscles to failure. Just to be safe, I think your idea of putting a cardio or rest day in between the 3 workouts you mentioned is a good one. It will also help reduce the likelihood of injury or burnout. HTH!
